Chess Assistant 8.1 is now available for download. This version integrates both ICC and Chessplanet support. The upgrade is split into three downloads; but hold on to your modems, the total is 31 megabytes!
It is important to note that the first update file (patch811_little.exe) needs to be copied into your Chess Assistant 8 subdirectory (usually c:\Program Files\Chess Assistant 8\), and then executed. You must have your original program CD and serial number. There are more instructions on the linked download page.
